Need BCBA supervision? Tell ABA companies.
Full-time and part-time RBT jobs from ABA companies that hire you directly. See the company, the weekly schedule, the drive time and the pay range before you show interest. Add that you're accruing fieldwork hours, and your name still stays hidden until interest is mutual. Always free.
The tag tells companies you're a trainee; it doesn't come with a promise of supervision. If there's nothing near you yet, your profile is ready when a company posts.
Coursework has a syllabus. Fieldwork has your supervisor's calendar. The job is usually the part with hours that move.
Every job on ABAshifts shows its weekly schedule before you show interest, so you can hold it up against class and fieldwork first. Set your availability once, and the jobs that fit your week come up first.
Your profile has an optional box for it. Tick it, and companies see a Student Analyst tag on your anonymous profile, so they know you're working toward your BCBA before they decide to reach out. Your name stays hidden.
Sign up as an RBT (or a BT if you're not certified yet). Add your availability and how far you'll drive.
“I’m accruing fieldwork hours toward my BCBA” (or BCaBA). It's on the first step of setup and in Settings.
Just started, midway or finishing up. Change it or turn the tag off in Settings whenever you want.
The tag is self-reported. We don't verify or track your hours.
Very few jobs carry supervision details today. When a company adds them, you see what it reports on the job: “Unrestricted hours available”, “Supervision at no cost to you”, “BCBA supervisor on staff”. Ask the company directly before you assume supervision is offered.
Whether any of your work counts toward fieldwork is between you, your supervisor and the BACB's requirements. ABAshifts doesn't decide that and doesn't promise it.
Each job shows its weekly schedule, drive time and pay range before you show interest. Full-time and part-time.
Companies see an anonymous label, never your name, email or home address. You're revealed only when you and the company are both interested, and once revealed to a company, you stay revealed to it.
The ABA company that posts the job is the one that hires you. Once you match, messaging opens and you sort out the details with them.
No fees for RBTs and BTs. No fees later, either.
