When am I charged the case fee?
All fees are waived during beta. When billing launches, the case fee will apply at publish time and cover that case for its entire duration — no recurring charges.
What if no one matches my case?
Posting fees are non-refundable, but you get unlimited candidate browsing and matching attempts for that case. Most cases see matches within the first week. (All fees waived during beta.)
When is the match fee charged?
Only when interest is mutual between you and the RBT/BCBA. If interest is one-sided or either party declines, you pay nothing extra. (All fees waived during beta.)
Are there any hidden fees?
No. One fee per case posted, one fee per confirmed match. That's it. No monthly subscriptions, no annual contracts, no recruiter commissions.
Why is it free for RBTs and BCBAs?
Because the platform only works if therapists are on it. We make it free so there's zero friction for signup. Companies benefit from more available, nearby therapists who already fit the schedule and the commute.
